Account Manager (San Francisco)
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our Sales team in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
The Account Manager builds and maintains effective long-term relationship with customers in the Bay Area and beyond in order to ensure their high level of satisfaction and to develop their account:
Existing Account Development:
Serve as the primary interface for all products and services
Understand client's demand and generate growth opportunities
Build rapport with customer by probing for needs, recommend appropriate solutions and follow-up its implementation
Initiate and answer outbound/inbound sales calls directly to/from existing customers
Build business cases for new opportunities
Coordinate the delivery of the sale for technical compliance and acceptance
Liaise with stakeholders in all departments in order to constantly understand Voxbone's capabilities
New customers
Handle inbound prospect requests and get them on board
Liaise with Business Developers in order to ensure smooth transition of management of new accounts
Initiate outbound sales calls after identifying prospects
Present Voxbone's tools and solutions
Follow-up the launch of the services and solutions
Internal follow-up
Input and maintain activity reporting in various sales tools
Monitor the statistics to spot growth, loss trends, cancellations, orders, invoicing, traffic, etc. and develop strategic account plans accordingly
Provide accurate and timely forecasts to sales management on customer requirements
Escalate and follow-up blocking points to the right teams
Profile:

BS degree or equivalent level acquired through experience
Minimum 3 years experiences with account management or in sales
Proven track record in selling into enterprise at all levels
Excellent deal closer
Strong affinity with Internet technologies and the Telecom industry
Assertiveness and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Self-motivated, self-driven and autonomous
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic and changing environment
High-level proficiency in use of the MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
