Voxbone operates a fully redundant core network and global IP backbone that scored 100 percent for uptime in 2011.
Where possible, Voxbone owns the network infrastructure, licenses and number ranges, giving it full control of end-to-end service. In countries in which Voxbone does not have its own numbers, it has a long-term contract and a service-level agreement with a local Tier1 carrier. Voxbone only provides services in countries with stable regulatory frameworks, ensuring long-term service continuity.
In a 2010 Voxbone satisfaction survey, 91 percent of our customers said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of service delivered by Voxbone. Customers considered quality of service the most important aspect of our service, with 94 percent of the respondents indicating that quality is "very important" or "extremely important."
