The target response time for any technical ticket is 15 minutes. Furthermore, Voxbone proactively notifies customers of identified downtimes, planned network maintenance and other important news.

In our 2010 satisfaction survey, the quality of our customer support services ranked third on the list of the most outstanding aspects of our service. It was cited by 23 of respondents, after the quality of the Web portal and API (37 percent) and quality of service (24 percent).
