The user interface is clearly structured, and usage is self-explanatory. Voxbone's API (Application Programming Interface) is a Web module that allows customers to integrate the ordering and configuring of Voxbone numbers in any Web-based environment.
In our 2010 satisfaction survey, 37 percent of customers said they considered the tools (Web portal, statistics, API) the most differentiating aspect of Voxbone's service. About 24 percent considered the quality of service the most outstanding aspect of our service, and 23 percent said the quality of customer support deserved the most praise.
