What is the USD/EUR 500 per month minimum spending requirement ?
=> Voxbone requires customers to commit to a minimum monthly recurring spending of USD/EUR 500, set-up fees and toll-free credits not included.
When do you charge the one time set-up fee (NRC) ?
=> At the moment you order the numbers.
When do you charge the monthly fee (MRC) ?
=> On the first working day of each month.
What payment methods do you support ?
=> We support Paypal, credit cards and wire transfer.
Can I pay via Paypal ?
=> Yes.
Can I pay via credit card ?
=> Yes. We support Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you debit my credit card automatically every month ?
=> Yes by default, as long as your credit card information is valid and up-to-date.
I want my credit card to be charged automatically every month, is that possible ?
=> Yes. It automatically applies to all accounts with valid credit card information.
I do not want my credit card to be charged automatically every month, is that possible ?
=> Yes. Send us an email asking not to be charged automatically every month.
Can I update my credit card information ?
=> Yes, this is possible via the menu "Account" -> "Edit credit card"
Can I pay via wire transfer ?
=> Yes, but for minimum amounts of 500 EUR or 500 USD per wire.
Can I cancel the service anytime ?
=> The service cannot be canceled before the end of the period set forth in the Voxbone Terms of Sale. However, you may cancel numbers via the web-portal or the API any time. Please note however that the already invoiced monthly charges for the canceled numbers will not be credited nor refunded.
