Where can I see your rates ?
=> The price list is available online but you need to sign up for an account first. After logging in you will have access to all pricing details.

What is the USD/EUR 500 per month minimum spending requirement ?
=> Voxbone requires customers to commit to a minimum monthly recurring spending of USD/EUR 500, set-up fees and toll-free credits not included.

What is the pricing based on ?
=> The pricing is based on your monthly spending commitment. By becoming a Voxbone customer, you commit to a monthly recurring spending of USD/EUR 500 by default. This is our minimum spending commitment.

How do I benefit from a better pricing ?
=> By committing to a higher monthly recurring spending level, you will be entitled to a better pricing. Please contact our sales team if you would like to commit to a higher level and benefit from more competitive pricing.

Do I automatically move from one pricing level to another as my monthly spendings increase?
=> No, you need to contact our sales team and commit to the next monthly recurring spending level.

Why do you charge a set-up fee (NRC) ?
=> The NRC is charged to reflect various costs encountered by Voxbone : installation fees, manual work to set up the number, testing costs, set-up fee invoiced by carriers, operational and administrative costs etc.

The pricing model used to be different, did you change anything ?
=> Yes, the pricing model changed to better respond to our customer's demand. The prices of the numbers have decreased and the numbers are not provisioned with 2 channels anymore. The customer can now purchase the number of channels he needs for his global needs.

Do you charge any per minute fees to receive the calls ?
=> Not for the VoxDID numbers. Vox800 numbers however have a per minute fee.

Is there a limit of minutes that can be received on each number ?
=> No.

Are there any extra or hidden charges ?
=> There are no hidden charges. The only extra cost you may occur is the difference between your current spending and the minimum spending commitment agreed to.

Do you give discounts if we order bulk numbers or channels ?
=> Discounts are not based on volumes of numbers or channels. They are based on your minimum monthly spending commitment.
