Restrictions

This page provides for some guidance on potential legal and service restrictions for each country in respect of which Voxbone is providing services. It also contains the coordinates of the National Regulatory Authority (NRA) in each of the countries operated.

The Voxbone service and numbers cannot be used to trigger callback services and collect calls.
The Voxbone service and numbers do not provide access to emergency (E911) services. The customer is required to inform the end users of such restriction.

Warning:

As Voxbone is only performing inbound services, it does not provide access to emergency (E911) services. The customer is required to inform the end users of such restriction.

As a general rule, the Voxbone service and numbers cannot be used to trigger callback services and collect calls.

VoxDIDs from Argentina can not be assigned to companies based in Argentina.
Only 822 number can be used with calling cards applications. Local numbers and tollfree 800 numbers cannot be used for calling card applications.
