VoxDID allows customers to extend the international reach of their telephone network rapidly and with limited costs. Voxbone maintains a supply of geographical and national phone numbers from more than 50 countries and 4,000 cities for direct inward dialing (DID). Telephone numbers from cities that are not in stock can be delivered in a few days.

In a growing number of countries, existing telephone numbers can be ported to the VoxDID service. Additionally, Voxbone offers its customers the ability to select special or "golden" numbers as a value-added service. Voxbone is one of a few service providers that supports inbound fax via T.38 in the majority of its footprint.

The number of associated channels determines the number of simultaneous incoming calls on VoxDID. Each channel allows for one concurrent call. Contrary to traditional voice services, the channels are not linked to countries and numbers because numbers from different countries can share capacity.
