Quality of Service
Voxbone operates a fully redundant core network and global IP backbone that had 99.99% uptime in 2014.
Where possible, Voxbone owns the network infrastructure, licenses and number ranges, giving us full control of end-to-end service. In countries in which Voxbone does not have its own numbers, we have a long-term contract and a service-level agreement with a local Tier 1 carrier. Voxbone only provides services in countries with stable regulatory frameworks, ensuring long-term service continuity.
In our 2016 customer satisfaction survey, Voxbone scored 4.2 on a scale of 1-5 for quality of service. Our customer service was rated above 3.5 for both sales and technical support. (Annual Voxbone customer satisfaction survey 2016 (n=275))
