Fuze expansion shows growing global demand for enterprise cloud comms

This week, Fuze announced plans to expand its global footprint in Latin America. With a new data center in Brazil, Fuze aims to improve call quality, reduce latency and extend its reach in the region. In addition, the company plans to add Spanish language support to its mobile app and desktop platform, which is already localized in French and German.

One of the leading UCaaS providers (and a Voxbone customer), Fuze announces this expansion one year after the company opened three data centers, in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney. In Fuze’s press release, Derek Yoo, Fuze CTO and co-founder, said, “By expanding multi-language capabilities on our platforms and growing our global data center presence, we are making our products and services even more accessible to support a common goal: the ability to work from everywhere with localized, high-quality experiences.”

As mentioned in a recent Voxbone blog post, the appetite for UCaaS solutions is growing. Fuze’s data center expansion in Latin America shows that cloud-based enterprise communications are gaining more steam by the minute. As more providers enter the world stage, the need for localization and a regional presence is becoming more important than ever.
