With 1600+ worldwide installations and over 110,000 end users, SpeechLogix is taking the leaders of the UCaaS and CCaaS marketplaces head-on, with big promises and a unique product. On the surface, the SpeechLogix proposition is pretty straightforward. They’ve taken the functionality and features of leading Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, bundling them into a single platform, XLogix, and built from there.
But success is never that straightforward. As the SpeechLogix platform found its footing in a growing, WFH-boosted market, the speed they could scale to new markets was being slowed down by the red tape of international telecoms regulations.
