Voxbone (now Bandwidth) is the best-kept secret in cloud comms, but we’re ready for our close up! That’s where you come in. As we spread the word and bring more customers and employees aboard, we need a Brussels-based HR Generalist to join our international People Services/HR team

You have the opportunity to work within a very dynamic People Services/HR team. We are a busy team, I mean really busy! We are ready to scale up, automate and continue to add invaluable advice and support to our ever growing workforce across Europe and Asia (Belgium, UK, Ireland, Romania, Singapore, South Korea). Your responsibilities will include
STAFF ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews and offboarding process, including entering data into our HCM platform and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Organise new hires’ travel and housing/accommodation if required for their onboarding
Immigration advice, work permits/visa/expat status submissions and organize employees’ international mobility
STAFF LIFECYCLE ADMINISTRATION
Management of the full employee/contractor lifecycle from entry to exit. In particular with staff’s job offers, contracts and addenda, compensation plans and exit documentation
Maintain our employee contractual documentation templates up-to-date compliant with local legislation and management policies
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of our Employee Handbooks, employee directory, organizational chart, and contribute to the development of HR policies
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Overview the HR employee platforms and make the necessary changes/updates when needed
GENERAL HR ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING
Maintain and file staff documentation and records in electronic form in our centralized employee storage software
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).Partner up with the People Services team to implement best practices within the team and work on any other duties as assigned by leadership
PEOPLE SERVICES/HR TEAM AD-HOC SUPPORT
Be the primary backup for processing our local payrolls in collaboration with our global payroll provider.
Payroll processing includes entering all new hires, termination and general maintenance data plus employee changes, absences, etc. Be the primary backup for the administration of our local benefits packages: employee perks, wellness programs, insurances, pension plans, leave of absences, etc. Broader office responsibilities
To bring the win, you’ll have…
At least 3-4 years’ experience in the Human Resources field
Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). Any other European languages is a strong plus
Knowledge of Human Resources processes, procedures, and practices and functional knowledge European employment laws and regulations
Outstanding level of IT literacy (Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, PowerPoint/Google Slides, etc)
Pride yourself on accuracy and attention to all details
Write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
Able to work in an organised and structured manner
Proactive, dynamic and hands-on approach
Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
A creative problem solver, being cool, calm and collected in your approach
