As a Payroll & Benefits Analyst, you are specialized in overseeing and administering all aspects of our company’s payroll and benefit programs for each one for our offices across Europe and Asia (Belgium, UK, Ireland, Romania, Singapore, South Korea): 

You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of our local payrolls in collaboration with our global payroll provider. Payroll processing includes entering all new hires, termination and general maintenance data plus employee changes, absences, etc. 

You will be leading the administration of our local benefits packages: employee perks, wellness programs, insurances, pension plans, leave of absences, etc. 

Your responsibilities will include… 


Enter new hires, terminations, shift and on-call pay, bonus/commission payments, deductions and other general payroll items into the local payroll systems timely and accurately

interpret local pay policies (e.g. holidays, leave of absence, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensuring amounts are calculated and applied correctly.

Perform timely and accurate preparation of monthly and off-cycle payroll runs.

Run/Review all audit reports prior to payroll transmittal together with the HRBP Director

Process our freelancers’ monthly invoices working closely with our Finance team

Act as the reference person for our HRIS software. 


Administer all benefits plans across our European and Asian locations : pension plan, insurances, car fleet, vouchers, mobile plans, specific leave of absence (ie educational leave), wellness programs, etc

Develop and engage in annual renewal strategies and carrier/vendor contract renewal negotiations

Design and produce informative material  explaining our benefits packages to our employees


Prepare the monthly or annual payroll/HR reports in due time, complying with the local legal and administrative standards

Collaborate in the preparation of our annual HR budget

Partcipate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits


Overview the HR employee platforms and make the necessary changes/updates when needed

Provide assistance to staff members with queries regarding payroll, benefits, absences, etc.

Maintain and file staff documentation and records in electronic form in our centralized employee storage software

partner up with the People Services team to implement best practices within the team and work on any other duties as assigned by leadership

Act as focal point of contact for the Dublin office for general queries and support

To bring the win, you’ll have…

At least 3-4 years’ experience within an HR team, preferably with practical experience in payroll management and benefits administration

MUST be Fluent in English and French to converse with our suppliers (both written and spoken). Any other European languages would be a strong plus

Knowledge of Human Resources processes, procedures, and practices and functional knowledge European employment laws and regulations

Outstanding level of IT literacy (Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, PowerPoint/Google Slides, etc)

Write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles

Pride yourself on accuracy and attention to all details

Able to work in an organised and structured manner

Proactive, dynamic and hands-on approach

Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality

A creative problem solver, being cool, calm and collected in your approach
