Our team is on the hunt for a highly motivated, commercially minded Revenue Enablement Manager, preferably with B2B and SaaS experience to work in our London office. 


We’re looking for a team player, and you'll be part of a team spread across San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles, London, Dublin, Brussels, Iasi, Seoul, Singapore and Hong Kong.


Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, as Revenue Enablement Manager you will play a critical function in the Enablement for all the Commercial team.  You will drive critical revenue enablement initiatives for Voxbone.


Let's break it down... 

Working with the Head of Revenue Operations, the VP of Global Sales and his direct reports to execute the revenue enablement strategy for Voxbone

Manage and enforce adoption of new commercial processes, tools, methodologies and best practice

Enable and measure sales team readiness across lead generation to account management

Working on strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial teams

Enable reps with sales, operational and product knowledge to accelerate ramp and increase productivity

Deliver training and workshops via both on-demand, virtual and eventually in person sessions

Act as the bridge for frontline sales and other teams. Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product marketing, operations, technical, customer success, HR, other departments and key stakeholders


To bring the win, here’s the profile we are looking for:

3-5+ years of a proven track record and experience in an enablement role

Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and sales process

Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively

An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross functionally

Self starter analytical, creative and a problem solver

Can build trust and belief with stakeholders, an engaging and inspiring personality

Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM (Salesforce), readiness, content management (Confluence) and learning management

Well versed in sales process (CRM), sales messaging (e.g. Challenger or Selling Through Curiosity) and sales methodology (e.g. MEDDICC/SCOTSMAN)

Bonus if you have 2+ years of experience in target/quota carrying sales role or managing sales roles.
