SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – MARCH 31, 2015 – Voxbone, the market leader in providing inbound SIP trunks (also known as DID numbers), today announced the appointment of Jason Lawson as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this newly created role, Lawson will manage the global sales strategy along with marketing and communications initiatives. He will also continue to drive Voxbone’s successful growth strategy, which resulted in positive 2014 growth figures.

Lawson will focus on building Voxbone’s top-tier customer roster, which already includes five of the world’s largest telcos – Orange Business Services, Deutsche Telekom, Telecom Italia , NTT Communications, and Telefónica. In addition, Lawson will leverage his diverse experience to drive the development and execution of Voxbone’s commercial strategy.

Lawson comes to Voxbone with more than 18 years of experience in the technology, telecom and software industries. This includes senior management roles at Vonage, Vyke Communications, and Telecom New Zealand UK.
