London, UK, 9 December, 2014 – As UK cloud communications providers strive to differentiate their services from those of their competitors, more and more are turning to Voxbone’s carrier-grade inbound SIP trunks, from over 55 countries, to meet their customers’ growing demands for international local telephone numbers.

“Our UK customer base has grown significantly as UK-based cloud communications providers understand the key role Voxbone’s local virtual numbers play in enabling them to easily extend their voice networks, both within the UK and internationally, without the need for infrastructure investment,” explained Itay Rosenfeld, Voxbone’s CEO. “To make sure that we can support the growing number of UK customers we have recently opened a London City office.”

London based VENNCOMM, provider of BLAP, a smartphone app which enables instant audio conference calls, has successfully deployed Voxbone’s DID numbers as international dial-in numbers to enable its customers to access conferences from outside of the UK.

“We are now looking to significantly increase the capacity we need in order to grow our business,” explained Lee Stonehouse, VENNCOMM’s CEO. “It is imperative that we offer a reliable and high quality global service to meet the audio conferencing requirements of our multinational customers and Voxbone allows us to do just that.”

Adepteo, based in Manchester and a specialist provider of integrated communication services for business of all sizes, was looking to expand its cloud-based business telephone services by offering international local numbers, specifically from the US.

“We approached Voxbone as the result of a recommendation from one of our suppliers who advised us that Voxbone could deliver exactly what we were looking for and indeed they have,” said Carl Taylor, Adepteo’s Managing Director. “We can now offer inbound numbers from over 55 countries, including for Adepteo, the all-important US. Crucially, we can also port existing numbers in all of these countries to our service.”

Taylor continued: “The speed at which Voxbone is able to provision international numbers is impressive and we are very happy with the levels of service it delivers.”

VTSL, a provider of hosted VoIP solutions with offices in London and Dublin, was looking to meet the requirements of a growing number of its customers for international local phone numbers.

“Apart from the proven reliability and carrier grade quality of Voxbone’s DID numbers, a key reason we decided to partner with Voxbone was the ease and speed at which we are able to provision local numbers for our customers,” explained Robert Walton, CEO, VTSL.

“Whenever we have needed Voxbone’s help its team has been very responsive. Voxbone has delivered what it said it would and the provision of its DIDs for our customers has been plain sailing,” added Walton.

“Voxbone has fast become the telecoms industry’s trusted provider of international local phone numbers, with five of the top ten largest global carriers and a growing number of cloud communications providers using our services,” said Voxbone’s Rosenfeld. “Voxbone’s ability to provide carrier-grade services, running over its private global IP network, means that it is perfectly positioned to help UK telecommunications providers expand the reach of their voice networks and to deliver services that meet the communications needs of their customers.”
