SAN FRANCISCO–Voxbone, the Communications as a Service (CaaS) provider powering enterprises with voice and messaging services on demand and via API, today announced its customers will receive zero-rate voice services for all phone calls made within its global network. This latest offering allows users to engage in unlimited voice connections between other Voxbone phone numbers–including toll-free, local, and mobile–regardless of location or duration and at zero cost.
Voxbone’s virtual phone numbers and voice services power global enterprises as well as a majority of the most widely used business communications providers, with customers representing 83% of Gartner Magic Quadrant Leaders in related categories. Voxbone customers with outbound dialing capabilities will have access to more than 60 countries and 9,000 area codes within Voxbone’s network, at no charge.
Cost-free on-net calling is a benefit typically offered within the boundaries of a single business, yet Voxbone’s latest announcement will impact users on a much larger scale, as its customer base opens the door to a much larger and more diverse network of enterprises and providers worldwide. This news also follows the recent release of Voxbone’s AI-based Speech Analytics and recording service, also offered through its web portal and via API. With all of these features and products under one roof, Voxbone is continuing its mission to keep communications strangely simple for global businesses.
“Voxbone serves nearly all of the leading UC, UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS players, helping to connect millions of enterprise users to fixed and mobile telephony networks worldwide,” said Itay Rosenfeld, Voxbone CEO. “We believe that enabling zero-rate communications within this network will further boost the attractiveness of cloud communications. This creates a ‘super community’ of users and paves the way for many exciting services which we plan to deliver in the future.”
